  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes
  2. Cut zucchinis into uniform fry-shaped sticks (1/2-inch thick, 3-4 inches long) and pat completely dry with paper towels
  3. Set up breading station with three shallow bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumb mixture (panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, pepper, and salt)
  4. Dredge each zucchini stick in flour, then dip in eggs, then coat thoroughly in breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere
  5. Arrange coated zucchini fries in single layer in air fryer basket without overlapping, spray lightly with cooking spray or olive oil
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy
  7. Serve immediately while hot and crispy with your favorite dipping sauce

Notes
