- Prepare the Peaches: Wash and slice the peaches into thin wedges. Set aside.

- Add the Burrata: Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place it over the peaches.

- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle the toasted pine nuts on top. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
Notes
Choose ripe but firm peaches for the best flavor. Toast pine nuts in a dry skillet to enhance their flavor. Serve immediately to prevent the arugula from wilting.
