- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish or 8x8 inch pan
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and well-combined
- Stir in buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled blue cheese until evenly distributed
- Gently fold in shredded chicken, being careful not to overmix to preserve texture
- Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are bubbly and top is golden brown
- Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm with dippers
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for easiest preparation. Adjust buffalo sauce amount for desired heat level. Can prepare dip mixture up to 24 hours in advance. Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks.
