- Prepare your ingredients: shred cooked chicken into fine pieces and soften cream cheese at room temperature for 30 minutes or microwave for 15-20 seconds
- Mix the base: combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large mixing bowl until smooth and well combined
- Add chicken and cheese: fold in shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheeses, mixing gently until evenly distributed
- Bake to perfection: transfer mixture to oven-safe dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown
- Serve and enjoy: remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes, then serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time and add flavor. Adjust hot sauce quantity based on spice preference. Dip can be assembled up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated. Also works well in a slow cooker on low for 2-3 hours.
