- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Add the buffalo sauce to the cream cheese mixture and stir until fully incorporated. The vibrant orange color will start to develop, promising that signature buffalo flavor.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, making sure every piece gets coated in the creamy buffalo mixture. This is where the magic happens – the chicken absorbs all those wonderful flavors.
- Stir in 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, reserving the remaining 1/4 cup for topping. The mozzarella can be added now or saved for the topping depending on your preference.
- Transfer the dip mixture to an oven-safe baking dish. Spread it evenly and top with the remaining cheeses.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly around the edges and the cheese topping is golden brown. The aroma filling your kitchen will be absolutely irresistible!
