- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

- Remove the dish from oven and pour the marinara sauce evenly over the chicken. Stir gently to combine.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the top, covering the entire surface.
- Return to oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
