- Spread the vegetables in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they're not overcrowded to ensure even roasting.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the carrots are tender and the green beans are crisp-tender with slightly caramelized edges.
- Remove from oven and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
