- Add the shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl. Stir everything together until the chicken is evenly coated with the creamy mixture.
- Transfer the dip mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and lightly browned. For an extra crispy top, you can broil for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. This allows the dip to set slightly, making it easier to scoop.
