Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Crackers or tortilla chips for serving

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl. Stir everything together until the chicken is evenly coated with the creamy mixture.
  3. Transfer the dip mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and lightly browned. For an extra crispy top, you can broil for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. This allows the dip to set slightly, making it easier to scoop.

Notes

Use quality chicken like rotisserie chicken for convenience. Adjust buffalo sauce for preferred heat level. Make ahead up to 24 hours and refrigerate before baking. Serve with sturdy dippers like tortilla chips or celery sticks.
